Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
Perform sorting, scanning, picking, packing, and dispatch of shipments.
Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain stock records.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
Handle loading and unloading of shipments efficiently.
Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) for data accuracy.
Coordinate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
Report operational issues to the Team Leader and support continuous process improvement.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure a protected working setting.
Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
