Job Role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Sales & Service
Assist customers in selecting the right sports equipment
Explain product features, advantages, and comparisons
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build robust customer relationships
Product Knowledge
Learn and understand badminton rackets, shoes, shuttles, fitness equipment, etc.
Stay updated with recent arrivals and offers
Suggest suitable products based on customer needs
Store Operations
Maintain display and stock organization
Assist in stock checking and replenishment
Support billing and basic POS operations
Ensure store cleanliness and presentation
Sales Growth
Upsell and cross-sell products
Collect customer contacts for repeat business
Support online order packing when required
Requirements
Minimum 1 year retail sales experience (Sports retail preferred)
Good communication skills (Malayalam & English)
Passion for sports (Badminton knowledge is an advantage)
Target-oriented and energetic personality
Basic computer knowledge
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives (based on performance)
