Maliyakkal Roller Flour Mills (P) Ltd. is seeking an experienced and skilled Rollerman cum Miller to oversee wheat milling operations and ensure consistent production of high-quality flour. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating roller mills, maintaining extraction efficiency, monitoring product quality, and ensuring smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor roller mills, plansifters, purifiers, and other milling equipment.
Adjust roller settings and milling parameters to achieve the required flour quality and extraction.
Monitor wheat cleaning, conditioning, and milling processes for maximum efficiency.
Inspect flour quality regularly and make necessary machine adjustments to meet product specifications.
Identify machine abnormalities and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
Supervise mill operators and helpers during shift operations.
Reduce wastage, improve yield,



and optimize machine performance.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Packing, and Dispatch teams to achieve daily production targets.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the milling section.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Rollerman/Miller in a roller flour mill.
Sound knowledge of wheat cleaning, conditioning, grinding, sifting, and flour milling operations.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot roller mills and related milling equipment.
Solid understanding of flour quality parameters, extraction rates, and production efficiency.
Valuable leadership, problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
