Procure competitive Sea Export (FCL & LCL) freight rates from shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas partners.
Negotiate freight rates, free days, service contracts, and commercial terms with carriers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs, overseas agents, and logistics partners.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations within the required turnaround time.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to provide customized pricing solutions based on customer requirements.
Participate in RFQs, tenders, and annual rate negotiations for strategic customers.
Monitor market trends, freight fluctuations, vessel schedules, and capacity to ensure competitive pricing.
Maintain and update freight tariffs, carrier contracts, and pricing databases.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring service quality and operational efficiency.
Resolve pricing-related queries and support internal stakeholders with commercial information.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and agreed commercial terms.
