Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
Store goods properly according to food safety and hygiene standards (FIFO/FEFO where applicable).
Issue materials to kitchen and restaurant departments as per authorized requisitions.
Maintain accurate inventory records using manual registers or inventory management software.
Monitor stock levels and inform management of low-stock or overstock situations.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage conditions for perishable and non-perishable items.
Check product quality, expiry dates, and damaged items; report any issues immediately.
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department for timely replenishment of inventory.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store area.
Prepare inventory reports and stock movement summaries for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health standards.
