Responsibilities
Design architectural concepts, plans, and layouts for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications
Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and project managers
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress
Review project feasibility, materials, and cost estimates
Modify designs according to client feedback and project requirements
Manage project timelines and documentation
