Application & Product Development
Define product specifications based on market needs and customer requirements.
Assess usability and relevance of products in real-world applications.
Conduct validation studies to ensure product performance meets expectations.
Collaborate with R&D; and engineering teams to refine product features.
Sales & Marketing
Promote products through targeted marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
Support sales teams with technical expertise and application insights.
Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Customer Engagement & Feedback
Gather and analyze user reviews and feedback.
Translate customer insights into actionable product improvements.
Ensure continuous product enhancement through iterative revisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
Provide training and application support to internal teams and customers.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
