Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time cinematographer and editor who can capture and create high-quality video content daily — from site progress to client testimonials and brand storytelling. This role demands ownership and creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Shooting & Production
Shoot daily in office videos, walkthroughs, and progress updates
Capture client testimonials and interviews
Handle indoor office shoots and brand content
Operate camera, lighting, and audio setups professionally
Plan shots for premium real estate storytelling
Editing & Content Creation
Edit reels, YouTube videos, and ads
Add music, transitions, captions, and storytelling elements
Create fast-paced engaging reels for social media
Maintain a consistent premium brand look
Social Media Execution
Convert daily shoots into content-ready formats
Suggest reel ideas and trending formats
Optimize videos for Instagram and YouTube
Collaborate with marketing team
Additional Responsibilities
Basic photography for projects
Assist in ad shoot direction and scripting
Guide clients during testimonial shoots
Suggest creative concepts for marketing videos
Manage content library
Drone shoots (bonus)
Required Skills
Robust experience in video shooting and editing
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and basic After Effects
Understanding of reels and short-form content
Rapid turnaround for daily content
Valuable sense of framing, lighting, and storytelling
