Location: KINS Hospital, Siliguri
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Handle cashless hospitalization approvals from TPA and insurance companies.
Coordinate with insurance coordinators, corporate clients, and treating consultants.
Verify patient eligibility and policy coverage.
Prepare and submit pre-authorization, enhancement, discharge, and final claim documents.
Follow up on pending approvals and claim settlements.
Ensure complete documentation for insurance and government health schemes.
Coordinate with Billing, MRD, Nursing, and Clinical departments for timely claim processing.
Maintain records of approvals, rejections, and outstanding claims.
Resolve patient and insurance-related queries professionally.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Administration preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Hospital TPA/Insurance Desk.
Fresh candidates with no Experience, Do not Apply.
Knowledge of cashless claim processing, IHX, TPA portals,
Swasthya Sathi, Ayushman Bharat documentation will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems is desirable.
