Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end insurance claim processing and documentation.
Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, hospitals, and internal teams.
Verify policy coverage and claim documents.
Track claim approvals, settlements, and pending claims.
Resolve claim queries, rejections, and deductions.
Maintain claim records and MIS reports.
Eligibility
Any Graduate.
2–6 years of experience in insurance claims, TPA operations, or hospital insurance.
Knowledge of health insurance claims, cashless/reimbursement processes, and claim documentation.
Familiarity with HIS or insurance portals is preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
