Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding.
Complete joining formalities and documentation.
Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin, and Payroll teams.
Maintain employee records in HRMS.
Conduct induction and support current hires during onboarding.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in HR onboarding or HR operations.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is preferred.

Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
