Carry out maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of field instruments.
Maintain and calibrate flow meters, pressure transmitters, level transmitters, temperature transmitters, control valves and load cells.
Perform preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance.
Prepare daily shift reports and maintenance records.
Execute calibration as per schedule and maintain documentation.
Perform loop checking and field instrument parameterization.
Install recent instruments, including cabling, ferruling, lugging and termination.
Support DCS panel maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain earth pits and instrument air systems.
Coordinate with AMC vendors during maintenance activities.
Work on communication protocols such as Profibus, Profinet and Industrial Ethernet.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and 5S practices.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
