About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Inside Sales Executive based in India to make outbound calls to companies and clinics/care facilities in Germany, and set up qualified appointments for our founder. This role covers two target groups: craft/trade businesses (for our apprenticeship placements) and hospitals/care facilities (for our nursing placement track record of 100+ successful placements).

Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to German companies, craft businesses, and hospitals/care facilities during German business hours
Set up qualified appointments daily for the founder to conduct the actual sales conversation
Log every call and contact accurately in the company CRM
Follow up on previously contacted leads to keep the pipeline warm

Requirements
German language proficiency:



C1 preferred; solid B2 candidates with excellent spoken fluency and confidence on the phone will also be considered
Experience in cold calling, telesales, or international voice process (BPO/ITES background a plus)
Comfortable working German business hours (approx. 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST)
Good spoken and written English
Self-motivated, resilient, comfortable with high call volume and rejection

Compensation
Fixed salary + appointment bonus + closing commission (uncapped)
Full time, remote/work from home (India-based)

Pay: ₹12,393.76 - ₹39,956.35 per month
