Indian Counselling Services (ICS) is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Counselling Psychologist to join our team at our Tilak Nagar office. The role involves conducting intake assessments and one-to-one counselling sessions while also supporting our Admissions Counselling Team by addressing psychology-related queries from prospective students and guiding them about our psychology courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments and individual counselling sessions.
Assess clients' concerns and recommend appropriate interventions.
Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
Assist the Admissions Counselling Team with psychology-related queries.
Explain psychology courses, learning outcomes, and career opportunities to prospective students.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client and student experience.
Adhere to ethical and skilled standards in all client interactions.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Applied Psychology.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and students.
Knowledge of counselling techniques and psychological assessments.
Freshers with relevant practical training are welcome to apply.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
