Responsibilities:
Manage daily OT operations and surgical schedules.
Supervise OT nurses, technicians, and support staff.
Ensure OT readiness for scheduled and emergency surgeries.
Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
Manage OT inventory, instruments, and equipment.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital policies.
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other departments.
Monitor patient safety and quality of care.
Qualification:
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Valid Nursing Council Registration
Experience:
5+ years of OT experience
Leadership experience preferred
