Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our cafe team. The role involves preparing beverages, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Ideal candidates should have a basic understanding of cafe operations and robust interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:Beverage Preparation & Service
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per standard recipes
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Operate coffee machines and other cafe equipment efficiently

Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Handle customer queries and provide menu recommendations
Ensure a friendly and welcoming cafe environment

Operations Support
Assist in daily cafe operations including order management and service flow
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and seating areas
Support inventory checks and stock replenishment





Cash Handling & Billing
Process orders through POS systems
Handle cash and digital payments accurately

Team Coordination
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
Step in during busy hours to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:
0–1+ years of experience in cafe/F&B; (preferred but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and cafe operations
Good communication skills (multilingual is a plus)
Customer handling and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended hours and handle peak-time pressure

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
