Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer to design safe, economical, and productive structural systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of structural analysis, design standards, and engineering software.

Key Responsibilities
Design reinforced concrete (RCC) and steel structures.
Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and detailed drawings.
Perform structural analysis using engineering software.
Develop foundation, column, beam, slab, and roof structural designs.
Ensure designs comply with applicable IS Codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and site engineers.
Review shop drawings and provide technical guidance during construction.
Conduct value engineering to optimize material usage and project costs.
Resolve structural design issues during execution.




Participate in design reviews and client meetings when required.
Maintain proper documentation of all design calculations and revisions.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structural design.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SECURE, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of IS Codes and relevant building regulations.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills
Experience with high-rise buildings, commercial projects, or industrial structures.
Knowledge of seismic and wind load analysis.
Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit Structure is an added advantage.
