Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in the power plant.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment such as transformers, generators, circuit breakers, switchgear, and control panels.
Analyse system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with mechanical and control systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including single-line diagrams, schematics, and reports.
Supervise and train junior electrical engineers and technicians.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices in electrical installations and repairs.




Handle emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5 to 6 years of experience in the power generation sector.
Solid knowledge of electrical systems, high-voltage equipment, and power distribution networks.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining electrical components in power plants.
Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
