About Lampzon India

Lampzon India is a growing lighting solutions company specializing in high-quality, innovative, and energy-productive lighting products for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team and support our day-to-day accounting operations.

Job Responsibilities
Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
Manage purchase and sales entries, invoices, and vouchers.
Prepare GST invoices and assist with GST return documentation.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
Maintain vendor and customer account records.
Process employee reimbursements and expense claims.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.





Required Skills
6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Familiarity with invoicing, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), is an added advantage.
Experience working in a manufacturing or trading company is preferred.
