The core responsibilities of a site supervisor include:
Daily Oversight & Scheduling: Coordinate the daily activities of site workers and subcontractors to ensure tasks align with the project plan and deadlines are met.
Quality Control: Inspect ongoing and finished work to verify it matches blueprints, design specifications, and industry quality standards.
Resource Coordination: Monitor material stock and equipment, place supply orders, and minimize waste to prevent supply-chain delays.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, track attendance, complete progress reports, and record any accidents or incidents.
Communication: Serve as the primary in office point of contact to update project managers, consult with engineers or architects, and resolve daily logistical conflicts.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
