Key Responsibilities

Production Planning
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer schedules and sales orders.
Allocate jobs to CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, and other machining centers based on capacity.
Monitor production progress against planned schedules.

Production Control
Track production status and ensure achievement of daily production targets.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance departments.
Follow up on delayed jobs and take corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.

Material Planning
Verify raw material availability before releasing production orders.
Coordinate with Stores and Purchase departments for material requirements.
Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) inventory levels.

Capacity & Resource Planning
Analyze machine loading and capacity utilization.




Plan manpower allocation based on production requirements.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.

Documentation & Reporting
Prepare production reports, dispatch reports, and delivery status reports.
Maintain production planning records and ERP entries.
Generate MIS reports for management review.

Customer Delivery Management
Ensure on-time delivery as per customer schedules.
Coordinate with dispatch teams for shipment planning.
Monitor customer delivery performance and adherence.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
