Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telly Calling Executive to connect with potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain the company's products and services to customers.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes in CRM or Excel.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Prepare daily call reports and update management on progress.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi,



and/or the local language.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Solid listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
Freshers with solid communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per hour
