Key Responsibilities
Promote herbal products through strategic marketing campaigns and field activities.
Explain product perks, usage, and advantages to clients.
Identify and develop new client channels – distributors, retailers, institutions, and direct customers.
Collect customer feedback and share actionable insights with management.
Support the sales team in customer acquisition and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.
Plan and manage product promotions, events, and exhibitions.
Handle social media activities and online customer engagement.
Prepare detailed reports on market trends,



competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Conduct field visits, participate in events, and use online platforms for lead generation.

Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident and persuasive in client interactions.
Knowledge of herbal/ayurvedic products (preferred).
Willingness to travel extensively.
Goal-oriented with a robust sales mindset.

Position Details
Experience: 2–4 years (Herbal/FMCG/Wellness industry preferred)
Education: UG in Marketing, Business, or related field
Work Mode: In-person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
