Job Description:
Daily chemical analysis of all manufacturing process and maintain data in system
Ensure corrective measures in case of any deviation in process parameters and consult group leader to implement corrections
Daily root cause analysis for production defects/ rejection of previous day
Prepare and present data of quality review in daily quality meeting
Random process parameter and operating guideline follow up of entire production plan process
Maintain ISO documents for process and production. Conduct Internal ISO audit
Evaluate current raw material and submit feedback report of every samples/ recent raw material received

8.Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements




Resolve production process issues and escalate unresolved issues to Group leader immediately
Communication with customers for any quality related observation/ concerns or any quality certificate/document needs.
Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
