Job Responsibilities:
Remove excess metal, burrs, and flash from castings using hand tools and grinding machines.
Perform cleaning, finishing, and surface preparation of cast components.
Inspect castings for visible defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
Operate grinders and other fettling equipment safely.
Follow quality standards and production targets.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th Pass.
Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of experience in foundry or manufacturing industry.
Basic knowledge of grinding and finishing operations.
Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
