Job Title: Project Manager – Residential

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, managing, and executing residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, quality compliance, and coordination with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor residential construction projects
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
Review BOQs, estimates, billing, contracts, and project documentation
Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and construction standards
Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports to management
Lead and mentor site engineers, project engineers, and construction teams

Skills Required:




Strong project planning and execution skills
In-depth knowledge of residential construction practices
Expertise in budgeting, estimation, billing, BOQ, and cost control
Robust leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office

Qualification & Experience:
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (PMP or Project Management certification is an added advantage)
8–15 years of experience in residential construction projects
Minimum 3–5 years in a Project Manager or similar leadership role

Preferred Experience:
Experience in apartments, villas, high-rise buildings, gated communities, and township projects
Solid exposure to project planning, execution, quality assurance, billing, estimation, contract management, and statutory approvals

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
