Referral Marketing Executive

Location

Experience
3–8 years of experience in hospital or healthcare referral marketing.
Candidates with experience in doctor relations, hospital marketing, or business development will be preferred.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or any relevant field.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with General Physicians (GPs), specialists, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers.
Generate patient referrals through regular field visits and relationship-building activities.
Promote the hospital's specialties, services, and consultants to referral partners.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience for referred patients.
Organize health camps, CMEs,



awareness programs, and promotional activities.
Maintain referral records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
Identify current referral opportunities and expand the hospital's referral network.
Achieve monthly referral and business development targets.

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
