Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day accounting and administrative functions of the organization. The selected candidate will work closely with the management and coordinate with the company's external Chartered Accountant for statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts
Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
Generate customer invoices and maintain sales records.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders (POs), and payment requests.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
Process vendor payments after approval.
Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
Prepare information and schedules required by the external Chartered Accountant.
Coordinate with bankers, auditors, and tax consultants as required.

Administration




Maintain office records and documentation.
Coordinate courier dispatches and shipment tracking.
Coordinate import shipment documentation.
Arrange travel and accommodation when required.
Coordinate with housekeeping and service vendors.
Support preparation and execution of agreements and NDAs.
Assist with MIS reports and other administrative activities assigned by the management.

Candidate Profile
B.Com graduate.
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience.
Valuable understanding of accounting fundamentals.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Kannada is an added advantage.
Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Honest, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
