Job Title: Reservation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our team. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle room reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
Process recent reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
Assist guests with booking-related information and resolve their queries professionally.
Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth reservation operations.
Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: BHM or any Hospitality-related degree/diploma.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Age: Below 35 years.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn reservation systems.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
Cab facility available for employees residing within a 20–25 km radius.
Accommodation provided for candidates willing to relocate.
