Job Description:

· Lead and manage all financial operations of the company.

· Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

· Manage banking relationships and coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for project financing, working capital, and term loans.

· Review and approve loan applications, financial proposals, and credit documentation.

· Monitor loan approvals, disbursements, repayments, and compliance with lender requirements.

· Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow forecasts, MIS reports, and management reports.

· Oversee project costing, profitability analysis, and financial feasibility of solar projects.

Key Skills Required:

· Robust knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles,



and financial management.

· Expertise in project financing, loan processing, and banking operations.

· Knowledge of solar industry financial models, EPC projects, and renewable energy financing is preferred.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, ERP, and accounting software.

· Solid leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

· Excellent communication and team management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
