Senior HR Executive – Site Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at site, including bulk hiring, employee management, safety coordination, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
Handle bulk hiring and manpower planning
Manage employee attendance and leave records
Maintain master sheets and HR reports (Excel)
Coordinate site activities and manpower deployment
Ensure PPE usage and safety compliance
Support site safety handling and monitoring
Manage admin activities at site
Handle client communication and coordination
Resolve employee queries and ensure smooth operations

Requirements
MBA in HR or related field
2–7 years of experience in site HR / operations HR
Experience in bulk hiring and workforce management
Robust Excel skills (master sheet handling)
Positive communication and coordination skills
Languages required: Hindi and Tamil

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
