Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
Perform manual and/or automated testing of applications, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality
Execute test cases and report test results with clear documentation
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings (Agile workplace)
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and suggest preventive measures
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production validation





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2–5 years of experience in software testing/quality assurance
Robust understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
Experience with manual testing; exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) is a plus
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
Exposure to CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git)
ISTQB certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
