Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
Visit supermarkets, retail stores, distributors, wholesalers, and industrial clients.
Promote and sell compostable packaging products.
Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits.
Identify recent market prospects and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer records.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
Coordinate with the sales and production teams for timely deliveries.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid marketing and sales abilities.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to travel for client meetings.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Good presentation skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any graduate.
1–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
