Position: Sales Executive – Solar Module Sales
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in solar module sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the solar industry, be capable of generating current business prospects, and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and develop business opportunities for solar module sales.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, distributors, dealers, and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in solar module sales is mandatory.
Good knowledge of the solar PV industry and solar module products.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for client meetings within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiner or candidates who can join within 15 days.
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Compensation & Benefits
CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
