Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end current product development from concept to commercial launch.
Identify recent product opportunities based on customer needs and market trends.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful product development.
Drive innovation, product improvements, and cost optimization initiatives.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet launch targets.
Ensure products comply with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Lead prototype development, testing, validation, and product commercialization.
Build and mentor the NPD team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Engage with customers, suppliers, and technology partners for product development and technical support.
Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on customer feedback and market requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
