QBay Career is looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of digital platforms, content creation, lead generation, and brand promotion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and leads.
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Create engaging content such as posts, reels, captions, and promotional campaigns.
Run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Monitor website traffic and improve SEO performance.
Generate quality leads through online marketing activities.




Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for branding and promotional activities.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
Robust communication skills (written & verbal).
Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid ads.
Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
Candidate must have a personal laptop.
