Key Responsibilities:
Outbound/Inbound Calls: Conducting sales, marketing, or customer service calls to existing and prospective clients.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Persuading customers to purchase products/services or schedule appointments.
Information Management: Gathering, recording, and updating customer details (name, contact info) and interaction history.
Query Resolution: Identifying customer needs, answering questions, and resolving complaints professionally.
Meeting Targets: Reaching daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas or call volume targets. Betterteam +5
Essential Skills and Requirements:
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and conversational abilities.
Persuasion: Robust negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection or customer objections.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
