Arvind Corrotech Limited supplies Turnkey Galvanizing Plant worldwide. The company is based in Changodar, Ahmedabad.

We are looking for a Logistics Executive with hands-on experience in export documentation to support the shipping and logistics operations for our plant equipment and machinery exported worldwide. This is a outstanding prospect for someone early in their logistics career to grow within an international trade environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage export documentation — Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, etc.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), and shipping lines for timely dispatch
Handle export customs clearance formalities and ensure compliance with DGFT/customs regulations
Track shipments and coordinate with transporters for on-time delivery of machinery/equipment
Maintain records of shipping documents, export licenses, and compliance certificates
Coordinate with production/project team for packing and dispatch schedules
Follow up with clients/agents for shipment status and resolve documentation queries
Maintain logistics MIS/records and support internal audits

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:



Graduate (B.Com/BBA or similar)
Experience: 1–3 years in logistics/export documentation, preferably in manufacturing, capital equipment, or machinery export
Working knowledge of export documentation process, incoterms, and customs procedures

Key Skills
Good understanding of export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Shipping Bill)
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence
Positive coordination and follow-up skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage documentation accuracy and deadlines
Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred
Prior experience in export of heavy machinery/industrial equipment
Familiarity with logistics software/ERP systems
