B4M NHQ School of Audiography & Music Technology is a leading institution dedicated to providing industry-focused education in audio engineering and music production. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Accountant & Administrative Assistant.
Job ResponsibilitiesAccounts
Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
Record financial transactions accurately.
Assist with bank reconciliations.
Maintain financial files and documentation.
Support GST and other accounting-related tasks when required.
Administration
Assist with student admissions and enquiries.
Maintain student records and office documentation.
Coordinate with students, parents, faculty, and vendors.
Handle basic office correspondence and filing.
Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software is an advantage.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work in a professional office environment.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
