Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to manage and optimize website performance across search engines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and driving high-quality leads through proven SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis
Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, content, internal linking)
Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, schema, mobile optimization)
Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies (backlinks, outreach, authority building)
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Optimize existing content and collaborate with content teams for SEO-friendly content creation
Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare monthly SEO reports
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices




Identify SEO opportunities for lead generation and revenue growth

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and ranking factors
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structures (basic to intermediate)
Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
Solid communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
Knowledge of content marketing & CRO
Experience working with international SEO or multilingual sites
Agency experience is a plus

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
