We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to assist prospective students with course enrollment and admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students choose the right course.
Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and respond to admission enquiries.
Explain course details, fees, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
Guide students and parents through the enrollment process.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate student records.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to complete enrollments.
Build solid relationships with students and ensure a positive admission experience.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet).
Experience in admissions, counseling, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
