Job Summary : We are looking for a Kids Climbing Coach to conduct climbing activities for children at BASH Cafe. The coach will make sure every child has a safe, fun, and enjoyable climbing experience while learning basic climbing skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct climbing sessions for children.
Teach children basic climbing techniques.
Ensure all safety rules are followed at all times.
Check climbing equipment before each session.
Encourage and support children during activities.
Speak with parents when required.
Work with the café team to create a fun and protected environment.
Requirements :
Experience working with children is preferred.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Friendly, patient, energetic, and enjoys working with kids.
First Aid or CPR certification is an added advantage.
Education :
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Sports, Physical Education, or Adventure Training certification is preferred.
