Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the packaging industry.
Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, references, networking, and online platforms.
Understand customer packaging requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, sampling, production, and dispatch follow-ups.
Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers for repeat business.
Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/data regularly.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Skills Required




Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Robust confidence in client handling and sales presentations.
Positive understanding of B2B sales processes.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in packaging sales, corrugated boxes, paper bags
Candidate should be self-motivated and eager to grow.
Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
