We are looking for a proactive and experienced Upwork / Freelancer Bidder to generate business through freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in online bidding, proposal writing, client communication, and converting leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
Prepare customized proposals and submit competitive bids.
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and business needs.
Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation and project delivery.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain daily bidding reports and achieve monthly business targets.
Stay updated with market trends and platform best practices.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Upwork/Freelancer bidding.
Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
Good understanding of freelancing platforms and online bidding strategies.
Knowledge of lead generation, business development, and sales processes.
Basic understanding of IT services, software development, and digital marketing services.
Robust negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
