Work Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in inbound customer care.
Skills & Abilities
Proven expertise in handling inbound calls and responding to customer emails.
Solid communication skills with fluency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
Location Preference
Preferably a local resident of Gurgaon.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
