Manage and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, biometric systems, CCTV, networking equipment, and cloud infrastructure.
Monitor system health and perform preventive maintenance.
Plan IT infrastructure upgrades and technology refresh.
Administer LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Manage Cybersecurity & Information Security
Coordinate with vendors for implementation, customization, and upgrades
Identify business processes suitable for AI-based automation.
Evaluate and implement AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and other approved AI platforms.
Develop AI usage guidelines, governance, and acceptable use policies.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, ERP, and network issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
Coordinate with vendors for AMC, warranty, and support services.
Manage procurement of IT hardware and software.
Ensure regular backup and secure storage of business data.
Maintain SOPs, IT policies, network diagrams, user manuals, and disaster recovery documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
