Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate/builder industry.
Experience in apartment marketing and lead generation is highly preferred.
Skills Required
Robust knowledge of digital marketing and branding.
Salary

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM and lead management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong analytical, planning, and leadership skills.
