Job Description
We are hiring a GeM Profile Executive to manage our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GeM portal management, tender participation, bid preparation, and order processing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's GeM portal account.
Upload, update, and manage product/service listings on the GeM portal.
Search, analyze, and participate in GeM tenders and bids.
Prepare and submit bid documents within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, and order execution.
Track orders, invoices, and payment status.
Ensure compliance with GeM policies and government procurement guidelines.
Maintain records of bids, orders, and customer communications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience working on the GeM portal.
Knowledge of government tenders and procurement processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and internet applications.
Solid communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
