Menu Design: Create seasonal menus, set portion sizes, and price dishes.
Staff Management: Hire, train, and schedule kitchen workers.
Quality & Safety: Inspect dishes before service and enforce hygiene rules.
Inventory & Budget: Order supplies, track food costs, and reduce waste.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 3 to 5 years working in a professional kitchen.
Education: Degree or diploma in culinary arts preferred.
Leadership: Solid communication and team-building skills.
Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long shifts in a quick-paced setting.
Pay: ₹14,003.54 - ₹100,000.00 per month
