We are hiring for the role of Customer Care Executive / Inside Sales Executive for a leading Transport / Logistics at AHMEDABAD

Job Description:

Should know some as aspects Tally but Microsoft Excel thoroughly .
Should be able to take Target Based Work. Business generation is of primary importance.
Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints .
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. – Coordination with Vehicles & Internal teams for movement and loading.
Should know How to manage E-way Bill, their expiry and their due dates.
